Weekday ops for small businesses · Boise / Treasure Valley

Monday morning: one short briefing before you open the inbox.

Gonzalez Automation sets up a weekday morning briefing from your work email and calendar- the overnight messages that need a reply, today’s meetings with prep notes, and deadlines that would otherwise slip. You read it in a few minutes. Then you start the day.

Run by Johnny Gonzalez for owners and small teams without a full-time ops hire.

We only need read access you approve. Cancel the monthly plan anytime.

The first offer: Weekday Briefing

A short morning summary of what needs your attention-so you open the day with a clear list instead of an overflowing inbox.

What you get

A brief you can read in a few minutes

With your approval, we connect read access to your work email and calendar, set rules for what counts as important, and send a weekday briefing to the address you choose. You keep ownership of your accounts; we only use the access you approve.

  • Priority emails from the last evening and overnight
  • Meetings for the day, with prep notes when available
  • Items that need a reply or decision
  • Light tuning in the first weeks so the signal stays useful
Boundaries

Clear about what this is not

This is not a full inbox takeover, a chat bot, or a promise that nothing will ever slip through.

  • You keep ownership of your accounts
  • We filter for signal; we do not answer mail for you
  • Delivery is weekday mornings in your timezone
  • Spam and newsletters stay out unless you ask otherwise

How people handle the morning inbox

Most owners pick one of four paths. Here’s a plain comparison - no software logos, no invented customer counts.

How access works

Simple, reversible, and under your control.

01

You connect your email and calendar

You connect the accounts you already use for work-nothing we own or control.

02

We use read-only access you approve

We only use the read access you approve for the briefing. We never send email as you.

03

You can revoke access anytime

Disconnect whenever you want. Cancel the monthly plan anytime.

How it works

Four concrete steps from first call to a briefing you can rely on.

01

Short intake call

We learn what “important” means for your business-clients, vendors, deadlines, and who you cannot afford to miss.

02

Connect your tools

You connect your own inbox and calendar. We configure filters and rules around people, subjects, and meeting types you care about.

03

First week of tuning

You get briefings and tell us what was useful or noisy. We adjust so the morning list matches how you actually work.

04

Steady weekday delivery

After setup, you receive a weekday morning briefing. Small rule changes are included in the monthly fee.

Who it’s for

Owners and lean teams where missing a client email or a meeting prep item has a real cost.

A good fit

Small business owners, practice managers, shop owners, and operators who live in email and calendar, do not have a dedicated ops hire, and want a reliable morning summary-not another software dashboard to log into.

Probably not a fit

Teams that already have a full executive assistant or ops role covering this, or companies that need enterprise security reviews and custom legal before a small automation engagement. We can talk, but this offer is built for smaller shops.

What we do next

Once the briefing is working, the same approach extends to other daily ops automations-only if you want them.

  • Follow-up reminders Nudge you when a client thread went quiet longer than you allow.
  • Meeting prep packs A short packet before key meetings: last notes, open items, and related mail.
  • Status digests for your team A weekly roll-up of open loops so the whole lean team sees the same list.

Questions

Straight answers before you write in.

Do I have to give you my password?

No. You connect your own accounts and approve read access only for the briefing. You keep ownership. If your company policy forbids third-party access, we stop and look for another approach-or decline the work.

What email and calendar systems do you support?

Common small-business setups (Google Workspace / Gmail + Google Calendar are the usual start). Other systems are case by case. We only use accounts you own and approve for the briefing.

When does the briefing arrive?

Weekday mornings in your timezone. Exact time is set during setup (for example, before you typically start work).

What if the briefing is noisy at first?

That is expected. The first two weeks are for tuning. You mark what was useful or not; we adjust the rules.

Is this a contract forever?

Monthly after setup-cancel anytime. We will help you disconnect cleanly. Setup is one-time and non-refundable once configuration work has started, unless we agree otherwise in writing before kickoff.
